I think it is very interesting. Well it depends on the survey I think. If the questions and answers are informative and excite basic researchers in biology or other fields or the survey might be interesting and appealing to sociologists.
If you decide for biologists, try approaching interdisciplinary journals like PLoS ONE (as Sullip pointed), eLife (I personally like them). Otherwise try reaching blogs of these and other journals. All major and field specific journals got blogs.
If you decide for sociology, would love to read, but I'm sorry, don't have much idea about them.
