Dear Ali, thank you for your answer. However, as a professional of GIS for many years I can propose you many other websites as helpfull as earthexplorer. What I mean with "very high" resultion is a pixel size lower than 5 meters...

I do not think that you will be able to get a LIDaR DTM for the entire world because (as far as I know) there is no such data set available.

A consistent DTM is the TanDEM-X global elevation model which gets close to your desired 5 m resolution; however, availability might be an issue - I think you can get free data for research purposes (proposal required).
