Hi, I am looking for some good sources of labeled datasets for failure prediction. More precisely, I am hoping for datasets that contain timestamps, a label indicating whether the device (or whatever) failed, and some features describing the state. I have already found such a dataset for HDDs (https://data.world/scuttlemonkey/hard-drive-reliability-sample). However, I am still looking for some more good sources.

Thanks everyone. There are some interesting datasets contained. Though, I could not find a dataset that maps labeled events (failures) to system characteristics/parameters/features and a time stamp. So, I would like to investigate the developent of characteristics over time to predict the health status (failure/no-failure or more detailed). Does anyone know a good source for such a kind of datasets?
