This is for configuring the energy parameters of the node in TCL script.

But,  I need to add mathematical equations for the development of energy effective routing.

For this, need to work on {energy-model}.cc/h, ns-lib.tcl, ns-mobilenode.tcl.

The energy development functions/methods, variables should be declared and defined in {energy-model}.cc/h files.
