I am currently running SWAT model. I completed auto-calibration successfully for streamflow parameters. Then, I reran the calibrated model, but after that where can I find the Simulated streamflow (output of the model). Then I clicked the Read swat output for the rerun calibrated model. But the output is same as before (uncalibrated model output). Is there any other place where calibrated model simulation output can be found. And how to perform multisite calibration. During the autocalibration initially I got an error (given below) but anyhow I successfully completed.
Please help It's urgent.
Never used the built-in auto-calibration module of ArcSWAT, but when I use the manual calibration, the output was obviously updated with the calibrated run. If you insist the auto-calibration, try SWAT-CUP.
Manual calibration will be the latest option if you're trying to handle large amount of model parameters. There are plenty of parameter estimation techniques developed or published else than SWAT-CUP. The major disadvantages to use SWAT-CUP are: (1) less efficient optimization techniques are implemented (which means it takes longer to converge to good solutions); (2) source code is not open to the public (so that you cannot do whatever changes on your own). However, it still may solve many scientists problems if you don't want to spend time in finding the right tool for specific purposes. Decision is yours.

You have to resave the result of the simulation by each manually calibration run.
You have to change the parameters to the best simulated parameters then you can get a different simulation result. on the other hand, the build-in calibration is not a good tool because of its low efficiency and uncontrollable process. Try SWAT-CUP, which may be the best tool for calibrating SWAT.
