I am looking for statistics on the representation of female technical staff in the German Tech sector, companies like Deutsche Telekom, BMW, SAP, Software AG, etc.
Tracy Chou maintains a list for a number of Silicon Valley firms in the US:

however, I have been unable to find a similar list for Germany.

The German Federal Labour Market Authority published some figures and details; https://statistik.arbeitsagentur.de/Statischer-Content/Arbeitsmarktberichte/Branchen-Berufe/generische-Publikationen/Kurzinfo-Frauen-MINT-2013.pdf but they are rather an overlook.
Details such as these you are looking for, down to each and every company, are not yet published as far as I'm concerned. but there is a national project for more women in STEM which also collect and publishes a lot of data: http://www.komm-mach-mint.de/Service/Daten-Fakten even though focused on higher education. Maybe it'S a good starting point?

Thank you very much for this link. Google and my weak German ("% Frauen in MINT-Berufen" did not pick it up. Getting to the per-company statistics may be difficult until someone takes a stand and begins to gather the statistics in public, as Tracy Chou did, in the US.
Take a look at the BIBB site which publishes in English and German. It is very rich.
