Where is the problem in CNN and hog features because All output's label is the same?

I used hog features and convolutional neural network. For convolutionla neural network, I used deep learning toolbox-master. In mnist dataset doesn't any problem, but in my dataset has a problem which is the all output's labels are the same. I don't understand the problem because code iss the same
