Hi, I am working about image reconstruction. Firstly ı have to decide my dataset for blotch detection and inpainting but ı didn't find anywhere. There is alot of dataset about object . Or is there any program which create blotch randomly

First, you should train such a classifier. However, we do not have to do it ourselves, because openCV provides several ready, well-trained classifiers stored in the form of xml files. Coaching is done by providing several hundred different samples on which the object is located, eg a spot, smudge, ect.

thank you for your response, but this is classifier and ı want to find blotch dataset which have randomly blotch on it. And this classifier ready code. ı have to make new code for my project or I have to improve the ready code
