I am in need of monthly mean of relative humidity from 2000-2014 for input in OPAC model. My region is Indo-Gangetic Plain and stations are Patiala, Dehradun, Nainital, Delhi, kanpur, Varanasi & Kolkata. please suggest the place where I could get the same.

The International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) maintains a climate data library to help with such questions.
As mentioned above, NCEP data may be the most useful and can be accessed for a variety of sources. Using the data library you can access the data and visualize it in ways that may be easier than other sites.
Attached is a link to animation displaying RH values at the 1000 mb level on a daily temporal range over India from 2000-2014.
Also attached, is a time series of RH for Delhi. To make this I extracted the RH data by isolating the pixel over Delhi using the IRI data library (url to code below).
