I want to make a plot representing the 14 biomes defined by Olson (2001) with the same style from Whittaker diagram.
For this purpose, I’ll need the range of annual mean temperature and the annual precipitation of each biome.
Someone can inform where I can find these values?
I think your best bet is the CRU data: https://www.worldclim.org/data/monthlywth.html; easy to read too.

You may use the CRU data suggested by John Meija. But, according to me, Worldclim climate data will be a better choice due to ease of use due to very minimal processing. You may follow the steps given below:
1. Go to the worldclim website (https://www.worldclim.org/).
2. Select 'historical climate data' under download. You may choose from high resolution or coarse resolution data as per your requirement. The data is available at the four spatial resolutions, between 30 seconds (~1 km2) to 10 minutes (~340 km2).
3. Download the data. Each download is a “zip” file containing 12 GeoTiff (.tif) files, one for each month of the year (January is 1; December is 12).
4. Use the .shp files for biome boundary to extract the climate data for each biome of your interest.
5. Generate the annual mean temperature and annual precipitation composite for each biome.
Thanks to all. In a first moment I was searching for a file informing these reference values. But probably Ill not escape from make the work on GIS and measure directly from the original shape containing the borders and worldclim data.
