Over the last couple of years, hardware and processing elements of computers have witnessed major advances. Does the term Big Data still hold the same meaning or any meaning at all?
you will need artificial intelligence to unlock the value of big data and get the most out of IoT. hence, AI has become a hot topic and I supposed the term doesn't hold the same meaning as before.

Great question. I certainly find in my line of work which includes data analysis that software tools enable analysis of much greater volumes of data, besides the ability to join disparate data sources in unique ways I could not have dreamed of even, say, five years ago let alone ten. And yet I am sure I am not working on Big Data. The definition of Big Data has keep ahead of my workload. Data availability is growing exponentially.kept which has huge implications for the near term.
