It is the raw data of EEG consisting of different types of artifacts. This can be used to apply different algorithms which will remove the artifacts from the signal and finally we get clean EEG
Please check the various toolboxes that are available for M/EEG analysis. They usually have some tutorial datasets readily available. You can download those for free and apply your own algorithms.
You can look for the following Matlab toolboxes:
Brainstorm, FieldTrip, EEGlab, SPM.
R and Python also have some toolboxes, but I am not familiar with those.
It may be better to stimulate artifact to assess artifact removal procedures because certain EMG artifacts in EEG are not well identified (see Fitzgibbon et al., 2015). Other types are artifact (e.g. EMG due to eye-blinks and eye-movements, electrode dislocations due to movement, and EKG) are well identified by current algorithms such as ICA. Also attached is a review book chapter; Section 6 on artifact removal may be of use.

Very much thankful to you. But can u suggest me database where EEG signals recorded along with artifacts?i e I nerd raW EEG signal with artifacts for applying algorithms
It depends what artifacts you are looking for. We recently published a paper about elimination of electrical shifts and linear trends from EEG signals, which appear due to temporary fluctuation of electrodes. It usually happens in portal EEG systems. You can find the paper, code and corresponding data here.
