The idea is to make a repair in a composite panel but i cannot find any properties like Ftu, Fcu, etc like in metals. We need to be conservative in this case where can i find values for composites structures?
Every composite panel is different. You need to more specifically define each ply and orientation of the panel. You can find the basics and common material properties in "Engineering Mechanics of Composite Materials" Daniel and Ishai.
Unfortunately, it is really important to know the basic materials which are used for the composite boards. The composites' type should be determined too (layered structure or not). The composite materials are not as straightforward as alloys, making their analysis more complicated. You need more data about your material to repair it. I suggest you look for these types of information in the manual of the product or simply contact the manufacturer.
