Many antibodies to heat shock proteins and chaperonins are commercially available. For example, here is a link to the Sigma web site:

Make sure, when buying an antibody, that it has been tested for the particular application, in this case Western blot.

For heat shock protein antibodies try StressGen. I used their antibodies for Hsp90, Hsp72, Trap1, ... and they were fairly reproducible. If you use any antibody, let me know how it turned out.

Use ABCAM antibodies best suited for western blotting

according with Sanjay C Rebello, I think that ABCAM gives the best choise for western antibodies; however, they are much expensive compared to other companies
