It is not clear as to what you are looking for. Do you require data for all these variables or you want to know how to frame a functional representation of this and how to get a regression equation for the same? In case it is the former (data) then you have to look for country specific sources or IMF statistics. In case the latter, you need to have a priori economic theory to think and frame the functional equation before you attempt a regression. Hope this clarifies,

I'm doing literature review and i have found a model on the effect of logistics sector to GDP but i could not find a model that i can make panel data analysis with other variables.
