Where can I get the properties of Sapphire, to add as new material in Sentaurus TCAD?

In Sentaurus TCAD, we can define new material separately in the parameter file. However, where (standard reference) can I find all properties I need to define the Sapphire parameter file? I am using Sapphire (Al2O3) as the substrate in GaN power device.
