I already download kddcup.data_10_percent (For Training ) and corrected (For testing ) from kdd.ics.uci.edu/databases/kddcup99/kddcup99.html but not exploitable in WEKA platform and give errors.
You can get the specific data you want from the links supplied by Ahmad.
However, do bear in mind my comments on the use of this 17 year old data from a previous question I answered a couple of months ago. I attach the link below.
However, if you ever want to use your data from other sources, you can create your own .arff files.
If you find data from a website, there are plenty of online web format to pdf converters. You input the web page address, and the programme creates a .pdf file from the contents of the web page. You might need to strip out superfluous content, such as links, adverts and so on, but otherwise you will get all the data you need.
Many also offer .doc, .docx, .csv, .xls, or .xlsx formats. You can open any of these formats with the appropriate software, and then copy paste into a text editor, where you can save it as a text file. You may need to format it, but you will be able to carry out a lot of this programmatically with your text editor.
Once you have it in text format, Weka have a programme to convert text files into .arff format. You may need to add some special formatting, but I have added the link from Weka so you can see what you have to do.
Weka won't allow you to input your dataset directly. You have to preprocess the data once. Please find the attached pdf file. Also see the links. In the first link it is explained very nicely in the video.
