You can get it from the International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO), Japan. It is they who developed FCD Mapper. If you contact them, they would provide you the CD/DVD of that software free of cost. I can also provide you the executable (.exe) copy if you still require it. I got it from them some 10 years back. But please note, they no more update the algorithm and I found it too much user-unfriendly and could not use ultimately for forest canopy density mapping! It is compatible with Windows XP probably. Thanks.

Mohammad Redowan I downloaded the exe file that you uploaded. Please let me know whether the software has any copyright issue. Is it a freeware?

ITTO provides it free of cost. So, I think it is free to install and use. Hope it helps.
