I'm afraid I don't know of any such database. Could I respectfully ask that you refrain from referring to people living with dementia as "patients". Just a friendly tip, should you be working with people living with dementia in the future.

Saisruti Ranga Hi-unless the person is actually under your care as your "patient" it's best to refer to individuals as a person living with dementia or person with dementia. I hope my comment didn't offend you. The media often use the term "patient" or "sufferer".
