I have EEG data with me in a .edf(European Data Format). I used the EEGLAB toolbox available in MATLAB to plot the data but don't know how to pre-process or get power, entropy, kurtosis, or skewness for a single scalp electrode.
Another software I used to display the signal was EDFBROWSER. I am able to plot the power spectral density and even get the peak-peak power for a single scalp electrode. But I don't know how to extract features from it.
I also downloaded Brainstorm, but again, I am unaware of how to even start open.
If there is a way of extracting feature values for Entropy, Kurtosis, and Skewness from my EEG data, it would be so helpful.

You can convert the EEG from edf. format in Excel in some software.
