Gender Telenomus has been little studied in Cuba, so there is little information on taxonomic keys for the identification of different species of these parasitoids.
I just Googled it : Here is what I found http://osuc.biosci.ohio-state.edu/hymDB/eol_scelionidae.content_page?page_level=3&page_id=taxon_page_data&page_version=605&page_option1=K
Keys to genus are easy to find, but if you want to identify it to species level it will be very difficult. The genus urgently needs a revision! I suggest to contact Norm Johnson (e-mail: [email protected] ) for advice. He is the expert for this group.
Thank you so much for your response. Recently I contacted with Norm Johnson and he sent me the link where I can find his papers with the keys to Telenomus podisi. Now I am in touch with him.
Identification of Telenomus species is so difficult as Tim Haye mentioned. So tiny, slender, blackish specimens, for finding distinguish characters need to be deepened in it professionally
