Denise, if you add PDF to the search term for Inventory of Complicated Grief and just enter into Google (not Google scholar) you should find that if it is available on the net it should come up. Not sure what version you need. You could also try the resources page of the National Palliative Care Research Centre see http://www.npcrc.org/content/25/Measurement-and-Evaluation-Tools.aspx
It might also list on that site whether it is copyrighted.Hope helpful:)

Dear Denise: The ICG developed by Priggerson and team was revised from the original version. Dr Priggerson now recommends using the PG-13 (A 13 question measure of prolonged grief) that they've developed to correspond with the proposed prolonged grief disorder criteria. Tool attached.
