I want to study effects of climate change on crop productivity. To do this, I need the future climate projections in any spatial resolution, particularly humidity and wind speed. Can you suggest to me any links to download in grid format?

A large project called Coupled Model Intercomparison Project (CMIP5) is organized by the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) to compare the results and assess the performance of the major Global Climate Models available worldwide, in support of the work of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). The fifth version of that exercise was scheduled to provide input into the Fifth Assessment Report (AR5). This is arguably the best source of model outputs for your purpose, you'll find more details on this project here:

As the others said you can use CMIP5 output models, but it depends on your case study. The fine resolution of CMIP5 is MIROC4h with 0.5*.5 Degree. The other models have coarse resolution. I think you can use other gauge products, such as TRMM or AgMERRA.
