I am looking for a database or a compendium for scales online. May be some university business school has developed such a database? I know of one website managementscales.com, but unfortunately I am not finding the relevant scales for my research model.
Any suggestions fellow peers!

Scale development is totally depend on your model.
Additionally, you can develop your own scale if not already available.

Thankyou for your answer. I have adopted the relevant scales for my study but posted this question to ask if a compendium rather a compilation was available of testing, operationalized and validated scales.
As far as your second question, my dear fresh Dr. developing a scale is in itself a huge task and infact a separate research all together. PhD's are done in development of scales and we as young researchers have not yet attained to such a level where we can do that... however your reply is appreciate and view point noted. Thankyou...
