I want to register some SAR Images so I need standard data which is commonly used by research community for comparison sake. My question is that does such standard data exist for comparing tasks of SAR Image processing like what we have for common Image processing tasks and if there is such data samples where and how can I find them?

This is an open access SAR target data set. There have been some problems with the website recently and it may take a few days to open.
As Suraj Kumar Mallick already answered above you might use this site.

This site provides various format of SAR RAW data from L0 to L3, and you can easily process images (geo-coding, etc.) with software something like SNAP, ENVI, etc. (In fact, it is never an easy task.)
