I am looking for some red BCG! I tried to insert some mCHERRY plasmid into this bacteria; although I obtain small colonies in my selective agar; I am not able to induce the growth of this bacteria (transformed bacteria perhaps) in liquid medium. Can somebody help me perhaps? Thanks Rafiou
