We're setting up different protocols for bone IHC. We have already got some good results, but fail to obtain perfect results. So we were wondering if we have done something wrong, a protocol/article to compare therefore would be of great value.

Markers that we want to obtain:

ALP and TRAP, COMP, collX, CD31 and an apoptotic marker.
