Where can i find Optical Camera Communication Simulation Tools ?

I would like to roughly evaluate the performance of an optical camera communication system, including key parameters such as system transmission rate, shutter speed and frame rate of the receiving camera, encoding and modulation schemes used by the transmitter with corresponding bit error rate (BER), communication distance, and so on. Where can I find a platform to simulate such a system?
