Try downloading the USDA database for American foods, or FSANZ NutTab (Australia) , both free databases where you can type in food of choice (e.g. apple, or whatever) for a full breakdown of contents. If you run a professional clinic, or have money to spare buy the online Foodworks (Xyris.com) or Foodzone.
