Where can I find examples of practical use of randomly distributed natural fibers to improving the soil in situ, no in the laboratory tests?

I am looking for examples of practical use of randomly distributed natural fibers to improving the soil, e.g. under the foundation or as the top layer of a dirt road, or other. In the literature, you can only find a presentation of laboratory tests. I need to know in situ applications. Is anyone doing such activity?
