If you're looking for a specific cost then you'll need to reach out to installation contractors. Speaking for the US market the price of a solar PV installation can vary from less than $2/Watt to more than $5/Watt for the same system.

Contractor familiarity and competition for these systems seems to be the dominant factor when determining the installed cost.

Until very recently, energy supply of the world has been treated as being nearly inexhaustible. Wind and solar PV are global weighted average total installed costs as on page 23 in https://www.irena.org/-/media/Files/IRENA/Agency/Publication/2018/Jan/IRENA_2017_Power_Costs_2018.pdf

The price for solar thermal is for flat plate collectors, but evacuated tube collectors should have roughly similar prices.
