Sarathi, a Hall Effect sensor gives a voltage output proportional to a circuit current normally. PWM pulses are created by comparing a signal (the modulating signal) with a fixed frequency triangular (or sawtooth) waveform (the carrier signal). For Sinusoidal PWM pulses, the modulating signal is a sinewave. Do you want to generate PWM pulses for a DC-DC converter or for a DC-AC inverter such that the output current is controlled ? Or do you want to convert the Hall effect sensor output directly to a fixed frequency train of pulses whose width is proportional to the sensed current ? Please specify your application and need.
For an inverter, the pulses commonly generated are Sinusoidal PWM. You can refer to any good book on Power Electronics for the guidance. I will suggest "Power Electronics" by N. Mohan and others, published by Wiley. There is a low cost Indian version available in the market.
