I really need some help to find a short questionnaire (25 questions roughly) to measure spirituality/religiosity. I have been looking online but can't find the full questionnaires anywhere. They are only mentioned in the articles which have used them but I can't seem to access any? Please help. This is for my 3rd year bachelor dissertation. I am measuring spirituality & altruism in drug rehabilitation centers. Thank you.

You might consider the classic scale by Allport(1967) distinguishing ,in a very TIMELY fashion for TODAY, between internal vs external religiosity(spirituality) and suggesting that TRAIT ABSORPTION or TRAIT hypnotizability may be related to internal spirituality(Lewin ,Wickramasekera & Hirshberg 1998) in a group of people in "spontaneous remission"(MEDICAL MIRACLES) from medically diagnosed terminal disease(eg GBM, stage 4 cancer ,HIV in 1988, etc).
