I have been looking for some time into various resources in search of a database that contains single cell transcriptomics data in some form you are able to query specific genes to look for co-expression of genes in single cells.

Resources such as the Allen Brain Institute and hipposeq.janelia.org are good, but don't look at the entorhinal cortex specifically.

Does anybody know if there is such a database in existence? I have looked into FISH databases as well (like the one available at the Allen Institute's webpage) but many are incomplete in genes of interest and show different patterning indicating potential lack of efficacious probes.

Has anyone heard of such a database?
