I am currently doing a lot of scratch assay. Usually, I perform such assays in 24 well plates. To reduce the amount of cells and stimulation agents needed and to increase the number of replicates, I would like to go to 96 well. But I cannot do the scratch with the pipette tip (very variable size of the scratch). I heard that there are devices that are adaptable to the 96 well plate to perform efficiently the scratch.
Can someone suggest me a company? I just need the manual device, no robots of specific software.

Yes, Danilo, thank you. I already contacted this company, but they do not sell the manual instrument alone. It comes with a robotic arm and other devices and are too expensive for my purpose (just a couple of pilot experiments).

Essen Bioscience sell a WoundMaker which makes 96 uniform scratches in seconds...although I think it is quite expensive. I use it often and is well worth it. Otherwise I would suggest a multi-channel pipette and a ruler! Good luck.
