Where can I find a Continuous Response Digital Interface (CRDI) or CRM device?

I would need a CRDI or CRM for my research. It is a simple device with buttons or a knob/slider, that records its position in time. The user can move the slider/knob at will, thus evaluating an event though time. It's often used for videos and music research. Where can I get one?
