I do not think it is worth of asking in, say, USA, Canada, Europe, etc., for obvious reasons (sending your samples is not the least). But South Africa has very well equipped scientific institutions: you might wish to search there.

I am afraid, the easiest solution for you is to start looking for publications by Nigerian authors, who uses the techniques you mentioned. And/or ask your close colleagues. One can hardly expect that a research from, say Australia, Finland or Mexico can help you with such an advise.
