The decision’s maker capacity for understanding and choice are challenged at all times to become objective, due to the need for rational decision-making in the context of uncertainties in which the organizations are inserted.
The perception of the organizational reality is essential so that the administrator can make the choice of one or more alternatives that best suit this reality and meet the organizational objectives.

A decision is always taken for some development. If there is problem in calculations, some losses are expected. Before decision I always consider possible losses and will prepare myself for that.

Before taking any decision i will study what are the positive and negative impacts of post decision and after that i will decide whether it is right or wrong.

When making decisions in the field of organization management, first of all, I first carry out specific analyzes of the factors of the external environment and the sphere, essence, and determinants of the functioning of a specific entity. The fact of making a decision is preceded by an analysis of changes in the size, value, importance, etc. of specific early warning indicators and the results of a continuous risk management process, including mainly risk categories specific for a given type of organization. I make decisions based on the information obtained from these analytical processes.
