India has launched its own version of Cartoon Network because they didn't accept foreign channel and its dubbing so if we want our own Pakistani channel we have to make similar efforts.

All political comedy shows on Pakistani TV channels can be combined and it can collectively make a PK CARTOON TV channel.

Yet the media and the production icons are busy in managing themselves on the social media and in production house. The cartoon will become popular when rest all the entertainment mediums will become so common and cheap that the viewers will find for the change.

I believe our Animation industry needs to grow much more, for such an venture to take place. There have been little efforts made in this regard of various Animation projects locally made such as Captain Safeguard and more recently launched Burqa Avengers. but I feel we need more production houses who can develop such type of projects and can find reasonable amount of funding for the said.

I'm an Indian and an animation student, and I do not know the situation of cartoon channels in Pakistan, but I can assure you one thing. Indian cartoons are not good quality cartoons at all! There must be some rare cartoons in India that have some standard, but what is being shown on tv just does not make any sense at all. Whether its the animation, or the story. If there are any Pakistani animators here, please do not be inspired by Indian cartoons which are shown on tv. Watch cartoon network USA or adultswim cartoons, for better quality stuff. And it is always advised to be inspired from our local stories because mythology has been over done.
