I have to sterilize an MS medium containing sucrose. For reasons I cannot autoclave it and are therefore looking at 0.2 micron filter sterilization.

The standard Whatman filters seem very experience, so I'm wondering whether people have good experiences with cheaper sterile disc-filters (PTFE or Cellulose Acetate). I'm currently ordering from Sunnylab store (see link) and NK Labware factory store. Anybody has experience with their filters?
