I would like to know the opinion of different investigators because if the object of study, I refer to persons, they know that you are investigative it can determine the results that are obtained in the study.

In my opinion, it would be better not to say that you are a researcher, because this could condition the behavior of the population. The observed population would manipulate its reality and the researcher would not obtain true data.
It is an aspect of human nature to be concerned with how we are perceived by others. Having worked in security as long as I have, I can say with authority that people act or speak very differently when they know they are being recorded or directly questioned as opposed to when they cannot see cameras or are not talking to another human being. Your results will be contaminated once the subject becomes aware they are a subject. The media obsessed culture of the western world has made people more conscious of how quickly recordings of them can be seen by people they do not wish to see them. As a meeting or discussion becomes more awkward or difficult the subject displays better or at least more publically acceptable behavior when being recorded. This is not always conscious, but it does always happen.
If you maintain the data privacy and integrity plus you meet the organisation/law instructions, I believe you are investigative.
