Hello,
when was recorded the first case of COVID-19 outside the Chinese region of Hubei? The first case was reported on the city of Wuhan on the 31/12/19 -- although other sources said that there was at least another case in November and not in Wuhan.
But how long took the virus to get outside this region? I understand that all China was interested.

In May 2020 mainstream media (ex. BFMTV, ABC News, Business Insider) reported of the case of a SARS-CoV-2 infected patient in France.
8 January
South Korea announced the first possible case of the virus coming from China.
10 January
First two patients in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China attend University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital.
So 10th January should be the answer.

Still, there are unofficial reports showing earlier cases.
Statistics can be reviewed about it, most of which are documented and accurate. Also, searching on the Internet helps in getting to know the history of the first case of the disease in this city.

There are records of early cases in Thailand on 11th of January 2020
Some recent news say there were signs of the disease in the sweage in several European cities, as early as the end of December 2019.
