The theory of everything is like infinity. You can aim in the general direction, but you can't get there from here, because there is no THERE to get to.

Even if a theory of everything could be found (which will never happen because every answer always raises more questions) it could be thought of as the end of physics; but there is no end to mathematics, because whereas physics deals with the real world, and could conceivably (though not in practice) have some end, mathematics also deals with imaginary 'world-views', and there will never be an end of those.
However, I would alter the time limit you specify, since either (1) man will remain essentially stuck on Earth, which will be uninhabitable long before the planet itself is consumed by the Sun, or (2) some kind of conscious beings will migrate throughout the Solar System, and therefore could exist even after our world no longer exists. (Not that that has anything to do with your question, but the interesting definition of God Willing that you mention leads to the question of just how do you define 'forever'.)
I don't think there will be an end to mathematics, but rather an adaptation or evolution—versatility, since mathematics is a product of physics—on finding new ways of solving complex problems that have already been discovered or are still awaiting discovery. On the other hand, in physics, there may be an end at some point if humans discover, learn the secret, and solve everything in the cosmos after a thousand or millions of years (with the help of quantum computers). Then, there might be if we become a type 3–5 civilization on the Kardashev scale. However, this is still debatable in view of the fact that when we discover and solve new things, they raise questions such as "how and why", creating an endless feedback loop of uncertainty.
As everything we know and understand is only 5% of the universe, it's likely we gain a new understanding of cosmology with JWST and advancements in technology. I believe it will happen faster than we think

The problem, as I understand it, is that there are three different fundamental mathematical laws or theories:
i-Schrödinger equation and its derivatives for subatomic particles in a potential field.
ii-General relativity supplemented by Newton's laws of motion in general form for macroscopic objects.
iii-The B-statistic theory of transition matrices for the energy density (emw, sound, heat ..etc..) of space-time fields.
However, to unify these three basic theories into one, we assume that there are two paths,
i-Unify the three mathematical laws by mathematical means which is the long and complicated path.
ii- Unify the three theories and the mathematical and physical concepts first of all what seems simple but which is not.
