Relative to thickness of ceramic pellet, this effect is not dominent . If your impedance measurement is beyond sintering temperature of ceramic pellets only then it may possible.
Yes, Dr. Braun is rights. If you want to make measurement above 650 C ( my experience ), it is much better use platinum powder for electrodes. But even in this case the question of the full contact of the particles of the material with the metal remains open. Use as fine metal powder as possible to prepare the electrodes.
