When i use to vaccum filtration, how to peel off sample at the filter membrane?

when i make a film, i usually use to vaccum filteration

but, i have difficult to peel off film at the filter.

and memebrane is 'Nylon Menbrane Filters 0.2um 0.47nm'

anyone who has clue, please help me

Some membranes are specially made to extract the filtered sample. they are made with a thin layer on the surface.. for example Fluoropore (c) membranes....

Otherwise, particles accumulated Inside the filter will make the peeling very laborious and unefficient.
