i want to find a graphene ball.
i mean, i make a graphene nanoball
but i have a difficult to find a this shape at the TEM
when i make a TEM sampleing, i usually use a Etanol and sonication
but, during the process, the shape was collapse
so, TEM Image was just like sheet, not nanoball.
please help.

It is not stated how did you grow the ball, means in solution phase or on a substrate. Why do you sonicate the sample instead of dispersing in a suitable solvent? Check the paper, it might help you.

I think that the graphene nanoball is too weak for sonification. If you just want to check that the nanoball is well made, you try to disperse the nanoball in ethanol without the sonification (shaking the solution by your hand). It can`t be perfectly dispersed, but you can get the original shape of samples without collapse.
I guess that the structure of G-nanoball is not stable, so let think about how to stabilizing this before processing TEM technique. If you can't, let try other technique like SEM (I'm not sure that the ball structure can be perfect visible by this technique but let try).
