When DTNB react with free thiol, how can I remove it to obtain thiol-free sample?

I'm working on synthesizing formyl-CoA.

If I add DTNB into mixed sample, it forms mixed disulfide and TNB2- which is yellow color.

How can I remove these two compounds from my mixed sample and can have sample without free thiols?

Can I just evaporate using N2 gas? I'm afraid I might lose my formyl-CoA in the sample.
