I am designing a multiplex for 8 loci using 4 dyes, what should be the minimum distance between loci of the same dye colour.
not important distance between loci of the same dye colour. because waves of dies different already? in my opinion your thermal profile should change. for example tm temparatures should change. What is the temperature of your tm?
