When conducting a job analysis or NASA-TLX cognitive task analysis, what software have you used?

I made the Sandia-TLX and recently released it as an Open Source macro for Visio Professional to help people conduct job analysis and cognitive task analysis (including NASA-TLX). Since I had to make my own software I'm curious what else people are using. My code is available on my profile and on GitHub if anyone wants to try it out. It was useful but certainly not perfect.
