From what I saw from other people's researches sometimes Battery is connected to DC bus using Bidirectional DC-DC converter. From DC bus power from battery and PV is connected tothe grid by going through inverter.
There also system where it is connected on AC bus using Bidirectional Inverter for PV with PV having its own separate inverter.
What is the difference between 2 system? What kind of effects do they have in power that is supplemented to the grid. What are the advantages on each system?
I would keep the battery storage on the DC side of the inverter. You reduce multiple conversions from AC to DC and therefore improve the overall round trip efficiency of the system. Also simpler design. See if something like a Fronius Symo Hybrid inverter will suit your application. By quality components for the inverter in order to optimise overall system availability as you will likely find it is the power electronics that need most regular replacement. Using an integrated inverter will help reduce system complexity and costs.

Generally it makes more sense to keep the battery on the DC side. Although reliability of inverters are constantly improving, they still remain the weak link in most systems.

Regulating the DC bus voltage using the bi-directional converter for the battery is much more efficient as compared to using an interleaving converter for DC to AC conversion. In this way you can reduces system losses, control complexity and cost as highlighted by Gavin D. J. Harper
